• Payment is due upfront for all custom items • Production will NOT begin until payment is completed • Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days • Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time — timeframes will be communicated accordingly
🚫 All Sales Are Final • Any concerns or issues will be handled with an in-store gift card or store credit only
🎨 Product Disclaimer: • Colors may vary slightly due to materials and production • No two prints will be identical — each item is uniquely made
🚚 Fulfillment Options: • Shipping and pickup only
🕒 Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📦 Pickup Policy: • Pickup cutoff time is 7:30 PM • Orders picked up after cutoff will be placed on hold for pickup the next dayÂ
